PIPEDA Services

Our PIPEDA services are designed to assist accounting firms of all sizes in their efforts to comply with PIPEDA. These services are available, suitably adapted, for accounting firm clients.

Services include:

• A review and assessment of a firm’s existing PIPEDA practices.

• A “needs assessment” that assists a firm to identify its PIPEDA needs taking into account: the nature of the firm’s clients; the services it performs; the size and nature of the firm’s staff; and other related characteristics that may impact on the firm’s PIPEDA related needs.

• Assistance developing appropriate policies and procedures.

• Designing firm specific in-house training programs, aimed at bringing different groups to an appropriate skills level with respect to PIPEDA.

• Providing guidance on PIEPDA related (specific) circumstances.

• One on one PIPEDA related coaching.
